Juhannussauna 2016

The first (and possibly only) sauna game for the NES! Take part in the traditional Finnish midsummer activity of Juhannussauna (midsummer sauna).

You control Sauna dude who's heaten up his sauna to 200 degrees celsius (that's 392 degrees fahrenheit!) and celebrates midsummer by sitting in the löyly like there's no tomorrow. Accompanied with a six-pack of beer, your task is to stay in the sauna for as long as possible and rack up your sauna score.

This game was previously available as a limited edition NES cartridge released in 2016 and is now available digitally here as a downloadable ROM on itch.io. Fully playable on PAL and NTSC systems. Best way to enjoy it is to use a flashcart but NES emulators work too.

Please note that the game language is only in Finnish. Manual is available in English and Finnish.
